We invite all early career ADS members to be part of the ADS Early Career Network (ECN), an ADS initiative to support clinicians and scientists with an interest in diabetes. The ADS ECN Subcommittee has developed a structure focused on four key pillars: research, education, professional development and social networking. By working collaboratively with senior ADS members, we hope to build a community of peer-to-peer support and to help our early career members increase their visibility and maximise their skills and impact.
