Purpose

The ADS ECN Subcommittee will endeavour to:

a) work collaboratively to strengthen support for early career members of the ADS by organising educational activities and events focused on four key pillars (research, clinical, professional development and social networking)
b) evaluate unmet needs and gaps for both clinical and discovery science early career members to ensure the ADS remains innovative and relevant
c) develop a communication channel specifically for early career members that enables peer-to-peer support, celebrates their successes and facilitates networking and collaboration
d) champion early career members to rise to leadership positions within the ADS and positively shape the future of the society
