Diabetes Feet Day 2024

12th November 2024

Each day in Australia, an estimated 510,000 people are living with diabetes-related foot disease, and it has been described in the Medical Journal of Australia as the ‘least known major health problem’. So, join us this Diabetes Feet Day as we advocate, educate and spread awareness about diabetes-related foot health and disease.

Check out, print and share ready-made resources across your social media channels, through your subscribers, network and in your organisation. With a range of social visuals, factsheets and posters available to use, this is an easy way to share your feet focus and help spread awareness to improve foot health outcomes for people living with diabetes. Visit Diabetes Feet Australia to learn more!

Join global DFD experts as we tackle the latest in DFD clinical practice and research!

Last year we asked Australian stakeholders to help us determine the national Top 10 diabetes-related foot health and disease research priorities, and the findings from this study identified national stakeholder-agreed priority DFD research questions for the first time. In our upcoming 2023 DFA webinar series, we’re tackling the top categories identified from the National Top 10 Research Questions.

Registration is FREE and we’ve now released the first 3 webinars in the series. The first webinar featuring international speaker Professor Rayaz Malik will be available to watch on demand soon for those who have registered for the series.

DFA would like to acknowledge and thank Urgo Medical for providing an unrestricted grant to support the 2023 DFA Webinar Series.
